Karen Ann (Habhegger) Morabito, 78, peacefully passed away of Covid-19 on Sunday afternoon, December 6, 2020 in Inter-Faith Care Center in Carlton. She was born November 8, 1942 to Adeline (Selen) and William Habhegger. She graduated in 1960 from Carlton High School and went to Logan College of Chiropractic in Missouri. Karen was preceded in death by her husband, Carl in 1981 and her parents. She is survived by her brother, Dean (Barbara) Habhegger of Edisto Island, SC; and sisters, Nona Thornblad of Barnum, Penny (Alan) Keay of Barnum, and Nichal (Tim) Habhegger of Duluth; and 18 nieces and nephews. A special thank you to Eleanor Stevenson of Ogdensburg, NY for the care she provided Karen prior to moving her to Minnesota, to the excellent caring staff at Inter-Faith Care Center and St. Croix Hospice.
