Obituary of Lynn Michelle Boylan

Lynn Michelle Boylan, 57 of Cloquet passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 in Essentia Health St. Mary's Hospital in Duluth. She was born March 13, 1963 in Duluth to Donn and Sharon (Snyder) Greene. Lynn graduated from Denfeld High School in 1981. After high school she worked as an assistant manager at the Piedmont Little Store. Once she started her family, Lynn was a stay-at-home mom. She later worked as a legal secretary at Lake Venoah in Carlton. For the past 20 years she worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant with the last 14 years on the inpatient rehab unit at Essentia Health. Lynn enjoyed fishing, shopping, and taking photographs. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family. She was a big supporter of her kids and grandkids in their school and sporting activities. She was a very loving and caring daughter to her mother. Lynn was preceded in death by her father, Donn Greene. She is survived by her children, Michael (Jennifer) Nordquist of Cloquet and Jamie (Andrew) Birnstihl of Esko; their father, James Nordquist of Esko; her mother, Sharon Snyder of Superior; sisters, Kim Kline of Superior and Debra (Kevin) Muellner of Esko; and her precious grandchildren, Chloe, Ethan, Ben, Charlotte and Lincoln. Visitation: 10 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. Memorial Service Monday, January 25, 2021 in the Atkins Northland Funeral Home, Cloquet. From the parking lot, the service can be heard on FM 98.3.
