Obituary of Barbara Carol Jean Milberger Lanhart
Barbara Carol Jean (Goodell) Milberger Lanhart, 74 of Wright passed away Thursday, October 21, 2021 in Essentia Health Moose Lake. She was born on November 2, 1946 to Kenneth and Virginia Goodell in Duluth. She was married to James Milberger, Sr. on November 2, 1963. After his death she married Ronald Lanhart on April 2, 1988 in Floodwood.
Barbara was dedicated to her family, and they always came first.
Barbara was preceded in death by her husbands, James, Sr. and Ronald; and sister Carol Rodgers.
She is survived by her children, Tracy Anderson of Finlayson, Terrie Madden of Wright, Walter Milberger, III of Wright, James “Buck” (Leslie) Milberger of Wright, and Tina Strike of Stacy, MN; brothers, Kenneth (Marilyn) Goodell of Duluth and Wayne Goodell of Lester Prairie, MN; sisters, Beverly “Dolly” Goodell Philippi of Negaunee, MI, Virginia (Martin) Path of Sawyer; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation: 12:00 noon until the 1:00 p.m. Celebration of Life on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 in St. John’s Lutheran Church in Wright. Burial will be in Culver Cemetery at a later date.
