My condolence to John's family, he was someone who you could always count on to be helpful in anyway needed. So many times over the years I would see him in the Ditch Banks watching the goings on of nature and the visitors to the area. He always had insight to what was happening both in the natural world and the social world. I think he will still be influential because he certainly will be remembered and find ways to play his "pranks".
