Obituary of Patricia Ann Ballantine
Patricia “Pat” Ann Ballantine, 91, of Duluth passed away, surrounded by her loving family, on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 in Barnes Care in Esko. She was born on April 20, 1931 in Minneapolis to Elmer and Dorothy Houck. She grew up in Minneapolis and Markville, MN.
Pat worked as a nursing assistant. She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church in Duluth. She enjoyed jet skiing on Big Lake and fishing. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Louis and Richard; son, Cary Ballantine; and great granddaughter, Helena Ebarb.
Pat will be missed by her children, Ronnie (Carla), Sherry (Denny) Foss, Brad (Lori), Wendy (Kevin Bodenner), and Penny; sister, Connie Edwards; brother, Gary Houck; 22 grandchildren, 54 great grandchildren; and 8 great great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the staff at Barnes Care and St. Croix Hospice for all they did for Pat.
