Obituary of Edna E. Hendrickson

Edna E. Hendrickson, 92 of Cedar Valley died Thursday, November 7, 2002 in Golden Crest Nursing Home in Hibbing. Edna was born May 16, 1910 in Cedar Valley to Peter and Selma Myllykangas. She married Heino Hendrickson on March 1, 1943 in Chisholm and together they farmed in the Cedar Valley area. In the mid 1970's she moved to Floodwood where she resided until 1995 at which time she moved to Hibbing. Edna was a member of Cedar Valley Independent Apostolic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Heino; and two brothers, Isaac and John Myllykangas. Edna is survived by her daughter, Helga (Ted) Hunt of Pengilly; three grandchildren, Glen (Kathy) Hunt of Cedar Valley, Karen (John) Calaguire of Nashwauk and Rodney Hunt of Pengilly; 10 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Funeral services were held on Saturday, November 9, 2002 in Cedar Valley Independent Apostolic Lutheran Church in Cedar Valley. Burial was in Cedar Valley Cemetery.
