Obituary of Elaine H. Southworth

Elaine H. Southworth, 63, Thomson, died Sunday, July 18, 2004 in St. Mary's Medical Center, Duluth. She was born May 1, 1941 to Oscar and Rose (St. Germain) Larsen. Elaine married Leslie Southworth on September 5, 1959 in Carlton. She was a doll collector, enjoyed flower gardening, knitting, decorating her home and yard for the holidays and riding her electric cart on the Munger Trail. She was preceded in death by her parents. Elaine is survived by her husband of 44 years, Leslie, of Thomson; two daughters, Ginger (Randy) Henschel of Carlton and Shelly Southworth (Margarito Pena) of San Benito, TX; four sisters, Lucille LaGrow and Ione Sander, both of Thomson and Lois Johnson and JoAnn (Gerald) Pera, both of Cloquet; six grandchildren, Dean, Brent, Brian and Julie Kulaszewicz and Amber and April Clark; and a very special niece, Sherry Teague from Duluth. A Memorial service was held on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 in Northland Funeral Home, 801 14th Street, Cloquet.
