Obituary of N. Annabelle Kankaala

N. Annabelle (Hill) Kankaala, 78 of Machesney Park, Illinois passed away on Friday, April 23, 2004 after a long illness. She was born on December 18, 1925 in Cromwell, MN, the daughter of John and Lillian (Hemming) Hill. She is preceded in death by her son, Jerry in 2001; parents; one sister; one brother; and her stepfather. Annabelle is survived by her husband of 57 years, Oliver Kankaala; daughter, Peggy (Don) Rowland; sister, Marie Tario; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 29, 2004 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. in Northland Funeral Home, 801 14th St., Cloquet, MN. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 30, 2004 at Forest Hill Cemetery in Cromwell. Local arrangements by Northland Funeral Home, Cloquet.
