Obituary of Elma Ethel Beckman

Elma Ethel Beckman, 96 of Floodwood died Sunday, August 17, 2003 in Leisure Hills Health Care Center in Hibbing. She was born December 16, 1906 in Cedar Valley Township to William and Josephine (Korpi) Stein. Elma was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew in January 1986; a son, Norman; sisters, Anna and Irene; and her brother, Martin. She is survived by two sons, Marvin (Donna) Beckman of Floodwood and James (Jeri) Beckman of California; sister, Evelyn Johnson of Hibbing; 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Memorial Services were held on Wednesday, August 27, 2003 in Hope Lutheran Church in Floodwood. Inurnment was in Forest Hill Cemetery in Van Buren Township. Arrangements entrusted to Northland Funeral Home in Cloquet.
