Obituary of Clarence Edward Gustafson

Clarence Edward Gustafson, 80 of Cloquet, died Monday, April 7, 2008 in Cloquet Community Memorial Hospital. He was born in 1927 to Edwin and Saima Gustafson. Clarence retired from Reserve Mining Co. after 29 years of employment. Clarence was passionate about fishing and will fondly be remembered for his many fishing outings with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Axel Gustafson. Clarence will be deeply missed by his beloved family. He is survived by his daughter, Sharon (G.D.) Kitch of Cloquet; two sons, Rick (Laurie) Gustafson of Canyon and Kevin (Annette) Gustafson of Silver Bay; two sisters, Ellen Engen of Cloquet and Gloria Bartlett of Cook; 11 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Memorial Services were held on Sunday, April 13, 2008 in Northland Funeral Home, 801 14th Street, Cloquet, followed by a luncheon in the Fireside Room of the funeral home.
