Obituary of John Florian Golden

John Florian Golden Jr. Golden, John Florian Jr. age 87 of Cromwell, Minnesota. John passed away at the Cloquet Hospital on Friday, January 16, 2004. He was born on August 21, 1916 in Virginia, Minnesota to John and Helen (Karpurski) Golden. He was proud to serve in the Army during WWII. He had numerous jobs during his life, but was primarily a butcher. John is survived by nieces and nephews; Alice (Richard) Flores of California, Steven (Sue Ann) Norris of Florida, Barbara (Alan) Shultz of Nebraska, Carmen (Michael) Martin of Cromwell, Sandy Broadway of California and Candy (Gary) Anderson of Cloquet. Brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; Esther Broadway of Cromwell, George (Trudy) Holm of Cromwell, Elma Norris of California and Ray Holm of Cromwell. John is also survived by nieces, nephews and sisters-in-law on the Golden side of the family were their names are not available. John is preceded is death by his wife, Lillie (Holm), his parents and brothers. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, January 20, 2004 at 10:30 A.M. at the Northland Funeral Home in Cloquet. Visitation will be 1 hour before the service at the chapel. Interment will be at Eagle Lake Cemetery in Cromwell.
