Obituary of Everett Calvin Wallace

Everett Calvin Wallace, 97, of Cloquet, died Wednesday, September 18, 2002 in Villa Vista Nursing Home in Cromwell. He was born October 6, 1904 in Phillips, WI to Jesse and Amanda (Sutton) Wallace. He came to Cloquet where he worked in the CC Camps and area lumber mills before taking a job with Northwest Paper Co. Everett was a WWII Army veteran. Everett was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn. He is survived by two sisters, Mayme Marcks and Toby Tan both of Florida; a step-daughter, Katherine Snooks of West Port, CT; his nieces, Joan Wuollet of Esko, Lee Pouti of Cloquet; and a nephew, Charles Cook of Plymouth. Family and friends gathered at Northland Funeral Home on Monday, September 23, 2002. Inurnment was in Maple Grove Cemetery, Cloquet.
