Obituary of Hildegard Frances Meisner

Hildegard Frances Meisner, 94 of Cloquet died Monday, September 30, 2002 in Community Memorial Nursing Home in Cloquet. She was born November 17, 1907 in Shakopee to Nicholas and Mary (Schlink) Beckrich. In 1919 she moved to Cloquet where she attended Sacred Heart School. She married William Meisner on May 17, 1926. Hildegard was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church. She enjoyed fishing, camping and playing cards. Hildegard was preceded in death by her husband, William in 1964; son, John; brothers, Harry and Jerome Beckrich. She is survived by her children, William (Caroline) of Cromwell, James (Leeann) of Hillsboro, OR, Patricia (Brian) Gilson of Cloquet, Donald (Jo) of Bella Vista, AR, Marlene (David) Nehring of Tucson, AZ and Nancy (Gerald) Cool of Sarasota, FL; daughter-in-law, Audrey Meisner of Las Vegas, NV; sister, Bertha Johanson of Newton, KS; 24 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson. A memorial service was held on Friday, October 4, 2002 in Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 102 4th St., Cloquet. Inurnment was in Old Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Northland Funeral Home, Cloquet.
