Obituary of Christopher Allan Janeczek

Christopher Allan Janeczek, 27 of Cloquet, died Sunday, January 13, 2002 in Mercy Hospital in Moose Lake. He was born May 30, 1974 in Duluth to Marion and Carol (Tuomi) Janeczek. Chris was a 1992 graduate of Cloquet High School and a member of the Boilermakers Union Local #647. He married Gemma Lundstrom on September 25, 1999 in Hermantown. As a devoted father, Chris loved to play and spend time with his children. He also enjoyed camping, fishing and just being outdoors. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ben and Olga Tuomi and his paternal grandparents, Henry and Francesca Janeczek. Chris is survived by his wife, Gemma; his daughter, Brittany Janeczek of Ashland, Wisconsin; a step-son, Nathan Lundstrom, at home; his mother, Carol (Donny) Briner of Canyon and his father, Marion Janeczek of Cloquet. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, January 16, 2002 in Northland Funeral Home, 801 14th St. in Cloquet. Interment was in New Calvary Cemetery in Cloquet. Arrangements entrusted to Northland Funeral Home, Cloquet.
