Obituary of Eric Allen Tuominen
Eric Allen Tuominen died Sunday May 15th 2022 at his family’s lake place in Gordon, WI. Eric was born in Minneapolis, MN on July 1, 1986 to parents Gary Allen and Cynthia Marie Tuominen.
Growing up in Blaine, MN Eric enjoyed summers with his family in Gordon and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Eric’s love of the outdoors went with him everywhere. He shared his enthusiasm and discoveries with everyone.
Eric received a degree in Film Production from Minneapolis Community and Technical College. He was a talented videographer and appreciated literature and music.
Eric is preceded in death by his father, Gary; grandparents Eino and Jean Tuominen; Bernhardt and Sadie Rosten; and uncle Brian Lahti.
Eric is survived by his mother Cynthia, uncles and aunts, many cousins, friends and brothers and sisters in Faith.
The family would like to thank the Douglas County EMS team in Gordon for their assistance and expert care.
Visitation: 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. funeral service, Tuesday, May 24th, at the Independent Apostolic Lutheran Church located at 6273 Highway 2, Duluth, MN 55810. Interment at Oneota Cemetery, immediately following service. Arrangements entrusted to Atkins-Northland Funeral Home in Cloquet, MN.
