Obituary of David Wilbur Hendrickson

David Hendrickson, 80, of Tamarack, MN passed away on Monday, June 27, 2022 in his home.  David was born in Shell Lake Township, MN on July 30, 1941 to John and Elma (Yoki) Hendrickson.  He graduated from Frazee High School and the University of Minnesota, Duluth.  He then met and married Lennae Norha.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lennae; and two brothers, Westley and Lowell.

David is survived by his daughter, LeeAnn Hendrickson; son, Darren (Alison) Hendrickson; grandson, Hunter (Andie) Hendrickson; granddaughters, Jewel (Isaac) Hemmila and Elma Hendrickson; brother, James (Lois) Hendrickson; sisters-in-law, Judy Hendrickson and Thelma Hendrickson; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Mary and Steve Thompson; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and a host of brothers and sisters in faith.

The funeral will be held at the Duluth Independent Apostolic Lutheran Church, 6273 Hwy 2, Duluth on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral service at the church.  Burial will immediately follow the service in the church cemetery.  A luncheon will follow in the church fellowship hall.  Arrangements entrusted to Atkins Northland Funeral Home, Cloquet.  To sign the guest book and leave an online tribute see, www.atkinsnorthlandfuneralhome.com
