Obituary of Frank Duane Demenge
Frank D. Demenge, a devoted husband, loving father, and doting grandfather, passed away on November 7, 2023. Frank was born on January 2, 1949, and he married the love of his life, Margo Krause, on September 6, 1969. Their enduring love story spanned over five decades, filled with cherished memories and unwavering support.
Frank dedicated a significant part of his life to his career at Sappi, where he served as a supervisor. After years of hard work and dedication, he retired in 2011, leaving behind a legacy of professionalism and commitment.
Beyond the workplace, Frank was a man of many passions. He had a deep love for the great outdoors, golfing, often spending his free time fishing, hunting, and tending to his beloved garden. He reveled in the tranquility of nature and shared his enthusiasm for these activities with family and friends.
Frank was a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan, cheering them on through every season, win or lose. His loyalty to the team was unwavering, a testament to his dedication and sportsmanship.
Frank's most treasured role in life was being a father to his two daughters, Amy Demenge and Kari Griffith. He watched them grow into strong, independent women, always offering his wisdom and guidance. His love extended to his four cherished grandchildren: Kiera, Kole, Kaden, and Kate Griffith. They brought immeasurable joy and pride to his life, and he delighted in their achievements and milestones.
Frank Demenge will be remembered as a devoted family man, a loyal friend, and a pillar of strength for those who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, and his legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire us all.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Gottlieb and Bernice Demenge; siblings, Gregory, Randy, James and Larry.
He is survived by his wife, Margo Demenge; daughters, Amy Demenge and Kari (Kile) Griffith; siblings, Edward (Kathy), Robert (Debbie), Linda Carlson, Joanne (John) Buskala, Gary, Susan (Gerald) Gorny, Mark (Brenda); grandchildren, Kiera, Kole, Kaden, Kate; and countless nieces and nephews
