To the family, I'm sorry for your loss. He was my neighbor when I was a kid. Played a lot of kickball in his big back yard with the neighborhood kids.

I'm sorry for your loss of a good man. I grew up on 26th St in Scanlon just a couple houses up from Cecil. I do remember the days riding our bikes to the "auto stop" where Cecil worked buying packets of baseball cards with pennies. Man was Cecil mad when we'd come in as he'd have to count hundreds of pennies just so we could buy some invaluable baseball cards which turned out to be worthless today. But he entertained us, counted our change, and smiled as we ran out the door. Memories like that will never be lost. Peace be with you and your family in your time of grieving.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your dad Scott!! My dad was one of the "Coffee Boys" I would occasionally join them so I could listen to their words of wisdom. They were "All" outspoken :) And they were great!! Hugs to you and your whole family!! Kelly Pederson Johnson
